ぼくがこの曲を知ったのは，確かヴァルデガマス侯爵がちょっと前に紹介してたのをみてだったと思うんですけど，最近コンビニのエナドリコーナーにリゲイン売ってるの見て思い出したので久々の歌詞英訳。試験前なんですよ（？）
ジャパン・アズ・ナンバーワンってこれだよなって感じしますよね。ぼくは20なので垣間見たことさえないような世界だ。
This song simply and vividly shows me what Japan used to be back in 80's and 90's. While I don't wanna live in 80's and 90's, I do understand some of Japanese people wanna go back to the glory past, as listening to this kind of songs or reading comics from those ages.
Regain is something like Japanese version of RedBull. It tastes awful, at least for me, and it's not particularly popular, as far as I can see. RedBull is much much poplar especially among us, geeks.
